Lately, some of the health articles on Yahoo have been a bit bogus, or just not applicable. But this one was actually a good one:

I didn’t know that about target fiber amounts, so I’ll add that to my nutrition tracker so I can know if I’m eating enough fiber each day.

    1. Reece's cups
    2. My mom bakes. She made these today. Thankful I wasn't home and they were for a party so I didn't indulge.
    3. Krispy Kreme (Someone brought a fresh box today and I didn't eat one. Yay me.) I wonder if there calories in the smell?!

    1. Good for you!!! I totally gain weight just from the smell. Just from looking at them. Just from their presence in the same building.
