253. CSI: Miami, my new show fixation, especially because it’s always on reruns on A&E. I honestly don’t mind how David Caruso reminds me of Captain Kirk, even though my husband is annoyed by his acting
254. Time Life home repair books
255. Susan Mallery’s sheikh books—my secret vice, but oh I love them, they’re so romantic and hot.
256. laser printers, which make my life so much easier
257. clothes pins to close up potato chip bags—who needs to hang clothes?
258. my Laplander from
259. Media Mail for all the books I mail out for giveaways—my wallet is thankful, anyway
260. padded envelopes for those same books—so convenient
261.—where would I be without it?
262. the 3% back from the VISA credit card—it’s all in the small stuff
263. utility knives—marvelous for opening those boxes
264. letter openers—easier than getting a paper cut
265. the Visual Thesaurus, one of the best thesauruses I have
266. bookshelves, because where else could I put my thousands of books?
267. Kleenex, because I’ve used several boxes during this cold season
268. Tempurpedic pillows
269. down comforters—couldn’t have survived without ours during the cold winters
270. electric blanket—I really really really appreciate having one during the wintertime to prewarm the bed
271. cough syrup so that I can sleep
272. Nalgene water bottles—man I love these. Durable, easy to clean, never leach plastic taste into the water.
273. the way my dog barks in her sleep as she dreams about chasing squirrels
274. my dog’s version of purring when she’s being petted—a heavy breathing wheezing while she closes her inner eyelid
