Work out smarter

I came across this article on Sparkpeople and despite it’s tabloid-type title, it’s a rather intelligent article about ways to get the most bang for your buck (time and effort-wise) when you’re at the gym.

What do you think? I admit I don’t do weights very much but the 2-4 tempo and supersets sound interesting.
