Hi Camy,
ReplyDeleteWanted to drop by to tell you I finally received my copy of Single Sashimi from the FIRST blogtour. I read it on the weekend - LOVED IT - and have reposted the tour with a review. www.heatherh-blog.blogspot.com. I've also posted the review on koorong.com.au. I can't review on Amazon because it's been so long since I bought anything from them. I have ordered the first two books of the series tonight from Koorong. Can't wait to read them! Thanks so much.
Good luck on the NaNoWriMo. I hear it's an exciting event. I hope to try it next year. Had it been last month, I'd have been set. I did 60k on my newest WIP.
ReplyDeleteBut hey, it's all good. Have a great day!
Can you do NaNoWriMo if you have limited time to write? Or do you have to draft out an entire novel?
ReplyDeleteAudra,
ReplyDeleteWhat makes NaNoWriMo nuts is that you write 50,000 words in the month of November. You try to prep ahead of time to let your family know and help them cope with the fact that you'll be writing during normal times when you'd be paying attention to them, the house, and food. Many people participate and don't make the 50K, but it's sure fun to try!
Camy
Hey!
ReplyDeleteHow do you find friends on NaNoWriMo? I've looked under all the headings, and I can't find ANY place to tell me how to find friends! I'm having TONS of trouble with the website, too- it's insanely slow, and half the time I can't get to the pages. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Glad to have a writing buddy in this adventure (and glad to hear one of my favorite authors is at work on another book). It's my first go at Nano and so far I'm thrilled.
