Captain's Log, Stardate 09.02.2008
I just sent out my September newsletter, which is chock full of new news about my Sushi series and info about my huge website contest! If you haven’t entered yet, what are you waiting for?
In addition, I have a newsletter giveaway where I’m giving away two full sets of my Sushi series! You’ll need to read my September newsletter to find out how to enter.
(I explained the differences between my website contests, my newsletter contests, and my blog contests here.)
Another big piece of news is that I now have a title for my romantic suspense novel coming out next year from Steeple Hill: Deadly Intent
Doesn’t it sound deliciously sinister?

Deadly Intent. Does sound sinister.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the Steeple Hill, that's awesome. I'll be watching for it.
Love the title, Deadly Intent!
ReplyDeleteHi, Camy.
ReplyDeleteMy mother went home to Jesus during the morning on August 21st.
My mom is free from pain and sorrow. She has no more burdens. She is completely at peace. She is in God's presence. She is with Jesus. In this I rejoice.
My mother was my best friend. She understood me, when no one else did and even when I didn't make sense. She was my rock. She was so strong in mind and faith. She fought against cancer so hard. She fought until she couldn't fight any longer. She never gave up, even though her body did. She still had her joy. Jesus flowed out of her. She was such a servant and testimony of God. She never quit encouraging others, even when she was in so much pain. She was and is such an encouragement to me. I love her so very much. I'm grateful for the time I had with her, though 22 years is not enough. I am so blessed to have had her for my mother. I miss her so much already. I don’t understand God’s plan, but I know He has one for me and I trust Him. I know and hold on to the fact that I will see her again and oh, what a day of rejoicing that will be!
Thank you for your "Sunday" prayers. Please don't stop praying.
