The moose: Pictures of the murdered moose (see yesterday's post) are here. BTW David, I should not be deducted points. How would I know Snickers would have such violence in her? She looks so cute and innocent!

Bible in 90 Days: Day 41. I'll be reading just before bed tonight. I had a full day, so it'll be nice to unwind with the Word.

Writing: All day today was the Donald Maass Breakout Novel workshop in San Jose. It was long, but great! I got tons of good exercises to do to help me stretch my characters, complicate the plot, and increase tension in every book I write. I had to leave early and skip the reception cuz I had to lead worship at church youth group tonight, but we had a small group and it was a good evening. It was even better because...

Diet: I didn't eat anything after 7:30 p.m.!!! Even though I stood in the church kitchen drooling over the chips, Goldfish crackers, and hot chocolate with cinnamon graham crackers for dipping, I restrained myself.

I don't know how--probably strength from God. No way could I have had that kind of self-control without supernatural help.

I didn't have a great eating day, though. I was so hungry at lunch that I ate quite a bit, although I had decent food choices--lots of salad and veggies, vegetarian lasagna, only a few bites of garlic bread. Ooooh, but the coffee-flavored cannolis were creamy dreams on a plate.

I don't know about calorie count at all--I think I finished anywhere from 1700-2100.

  1. So, are you going to post up notes from the MAASS workshop, woman?

  2. Yes, Miz C. I respectfully request you share the best tips with us so we can learn, too.:D

  3. Hi Camy,

I just joined your Yahoo group. I'd love to read your biography, your interests, how you got into writing, and writing tips. Also, wouldn't mind entering the drawing for one of the giveaway books!
