Captain's Log, Stardate 11.26.2008
I realized I hadn’t posted about my photos from when I went to the Michigan NASCAR races with my friend Cheryl Wyatt back in August.
I’ve posted them here on my Camy’s Scrapbook blog since there are a lot of pics.
I've never been to NASCAR. Let me tell you, it was a complete culture shock for me. But in a good way.
No, I didn’t get to see a race. Yes, I’m lame. Well, what really happened was that when the race started, I had a really bad sinus headache from the dust in the infield (that’s where we were camping) so I didn’t really feel like going anywhere.
But we got to drive on the track! How cool is that? It was the only way in and out of the infield.
