Sunday Prayer

Captain's Log, Stardate 04.13.2008

Leave any prayer requests in the comments and I’ll be praying this week. You don’t have to be Christian to leave a prayer request. If you’d rather not advertise to everyone on the blogosphere, just leave an unspoken prayer request or e-mail me. If I forgot your prayer request, email me. Not to be mean or anything, but if you don't email me or comment to update your prayer request, I'm only going to pray ONE Sunday.

I’m trying something new with my Sunday Prayer. I’m really bad about doing it on Sunday, so I’ll be updating it during the week.

Dear Lord, thank you for your mercy.

I pray for complete healing for Malia, Helen, Kristy, Colleen, and Sharon.

I lift up Case and his family to you.

Thank you for protecting Cheryl and her family. Please heal her completely and quickly. I pray she will not need surgery.

I pray for healing for Melissa’s mom. Also help Melissa and her family during this time in all the ways they need you.

I pray for continued healing for Jacki’s pastor.

Thank you for healing my hip and helping me finish one proposal. Please help me to finish the other two very quickly. Please provide for our family financially. Guide my life, open and close doors, and lead me into what you want me to do.

  1. Hi Camy,

Just wanted to ask again for prayer for my friend Neil. We are seeing miracles at work for him!! He has been in SICU now for 6 and a half weeks...but they are talking about moving him to a room this week!!!! He is also off of the ventilator!!! Please pray for his continued healing and thank God for the miracles of healing that we have seen already!

    Thank you!!!

  2. Prayers for our Youth Pastor, Brad, who's married to our pastor's daughter, and has an almost three-month-old. He's recently been diagnosed with non-Hogkins Lymphoma.

Friday my agent sent out my manuscript to publishers. My prayer is that it finds a home where it will resonate with those who long to know we serve a God of second chances.

Prayers for our family. Our daughter with Down's, Sarah, who is 25, will be going for a one-week trial at a Christian group home where she will have friends and activities and church and work.

    Thanks and bless you.

  3. Hi, Camy. Would you please pray for my mother and my family again? This will be her fourth week getting radiation and new kind of chemotherapy. She's still not eating very well. Last week she had lost nine pounds when they weighed her on Monday. That's 77 pounds lost since around December last year. But God is still too marvelous for words! May He be praised!

Thank you, Camy. It means so much to us.
