I live near Phoenix, so it's not nearly as cold here as other parts of the state. But when it's 40 outside, I put on layers, too. Here's to people who don't like the cold!

It was 44 here in Tampa this morning. Anything under 60 causes folks to pull out winter coats, hats, boots, etc. Of course, I find that funny coming from NY. I don't even own a winter coat anymore. Light jacket or sweater works just fine.
