852. It was so nice to come back with all those Merry Christmas comments from you guys! Thanks!
853. My dad was really pleased with his Christmas gift, and so was my mom
854. It was wonderful to sleep in my own bed. I slept like a log.
855. Although I cut my finger, it’s healing nicely
856. I’m on day 32 of my Bible in 90 Days. Job is hard to read. It’s not black and white, which makes me have to pay attention carefully. Not everything Job’s friends say is untrue, and not everything Job says is really what God wants to hear. Job gets pretty bitter.
857. Captain Caffeine got a chance to sleep in when we got back from vacation.
858. I got some new books for review
859. Writing.com sent me a cute bumper sticker with their Christmas card
860. I got an Amazon gift e-mail so I’m going to buy CDs!
861. My online friend ChristianFictionQueen gave me good recommendations for music to buy
862. I saw all the CSI Miami episodes we have saved on our TiVo
863. I saw all the Battlestar Galactica episodes we had saved on our TiVo
864. Captain Caffeine is going to let me borrow his video iPod when I go to Hawaii in February so I can watch Pride and Prejudice on the plane ride. I think I’ll put The Lord of the Rings and Bubblegum Crisis on there, too.
865. I ordered more yarn for more scarves
866. Got lots of money for Christmas
867. I exercised!
868. I’m eating lots of vegetables
869. I made chicken breasts again and they turned out as good as the last time, so it’s not a fluke!
870. I finished my RubyZine column early
871. I put the RubyZine issue up on the blog/website, finally
872. I cleaned out my Inbox!
873. I love iTunes for playing my Broadway musicals—no need to change the CDs
874. I figured out some Japanese traditions for my manuscript. Funny, my family always did these traditions and I had no idea what they meant.
