The model on the cover of Lady Wynwood’s Spies, volume 6: Martyr is the same as book 1, my character Phoebe. Her real name is Chelsea, and if you’d like, you can see the original stock photo here . I chose this stock photo because the book is essentially about Phoebe, but this pose is different from book 1, where she’s staring at the camera. I wanted to show a bit of “departure” for Phoebe to reflect some of the events in the book. A lot of things change for her, and she’ll never be the same. I was also really excited when I found the stock photo of Bianca’s notebook for the background. It was exactly how I pictured a leather-bound notebook would look like. I also admit that I kind of got lost down a rabbit-hole when I was searching because there were so many neat leather notebooks! My cover designer found the stock photo of the vial of Jack’s potion.
