Living under the new identity of Cassidy Livingston, she struggles to keep her investigative skills tucked away, especially after a body washes ashore. When local police bungle the murder investigation, she can’t resist stepping in. But Cassidy is supposed to be keeping a low profile. One wrong move could lead to both her discovery and her demise. Can she bring justice to the island . . . or will the hidden currents surrounding her pull her under for good? Hidden Currents is the first book in the six-book Lantern Beach Mystery series. Generally Japanese have more aquiline features - higher cheekbones and nose bridges in comparision to Koreans or Chinese, and their complexions are fairer. ;)
Whether she looks Japanese or not (I couldn't tell), she's beautiful! And I love the Sushi Service logo. That's great!! Also the tag line--kick of wasabi. All around great! Colors, too.
Of course, the best part is seeing "Camy Tang" on there. :)

although i have to agree that she doesn't really look japanese either. maybe you can get the girl from babel, Rinko Kikuchi, to pose for the cover. SHE looks japanese. on the other hand, i took that asian quiz too and i failed it. i can't tell my Chinese from my Koreans.
blahhhh i'm still in shock that i won....
I can't wait to read it.
I LOVE the cover! I would definitely pick this up in the store!
I've always liked your line, "with a kick of wasabi"...that is priceless, and my favorite condiment for steak!
Congrats on such a nice cover!
And how cool is it to see your name on the cover? Dish, girlfriend!
It's beautiful!!!! Congratulations!
It looks awesome - and I'm so thrilled for you!
It would definitely make me pick it up in the bookstore. And it must be so exciting to see your name on a book cover!! It's exciting for me, so I know it must be exciting for you :-) I can't wait to read it.
BTW, I got a tea shipment from Republic of Tea today. Couldn't help but think of you, my tea buddy, when I opened it :-)
Blessings,
Sheryl
