Just 10 minutes

Lately I’ve been trying to exercise every day, and I’ve adopted a “10 minute” rule for my cardio. I only have to do 10 minutes minimum, but I’m trying to do it every single day. 10 minutes is pretty easy to do, especially on the exercise bike, so I’ve been doing pretty good. I’m not sure if only 10 minutes is actually going to do any good for my body, but I think it’s good discipline.
