As I've gotten older...approaching 49 in July, I've learned I can eat what I want in moderation as long as I continue my exercise routine. I've had two back surgeries, so in order to keep my back in good shape, I do an hour a day on my treadmill. I'm approaching this as a lifestyle change rather than just a diet and making choices with the view that I will be eating like this the rest of my life.
