How much do you have to take per day? Can I use it in tea or does it have to be just a spoon-full, like medicine?
SherriShozhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18051646264417555951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371723.post-7538571177269215252008-08-26T11:09:00.000-07:002008-08-26T11:09:00.000-07:00I did go to an allergist when I lived in Hawaii (u...I did go to an allergist when I lived in Hawaii (until I was 17 years old) and so I know I'm allergic to a lot of flowers, trees, mold, etc. I'm mildly allergic to animal dander, but my pollen allergies exascerbated my animal allergies. Without the pollen allergens affecting me, my animal allergies were almost nothing. He's not even allergic to it. I was just overdosing his system with 8 8-oz bottles a day.PatriciaWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04572087157439187319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371723.post-25991556754448500892008-08-26T09:33:00.000-07:002008-08-26T09:33:00.000-07:00Thanks, guys!My biggest problem is sticking with i...Thanks, guys!

My biggest problem is sticking with it, too. My problem is remembering to stick with it. :-P Also, I know a lot of people who have gotten great results from using a neti pot...it's a nasal "wash" system (sorry, trying not to sound gross or TMI). I still haven't quite mastered its use but I thought I'd throw that out there as well...from Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11986319237275869540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6371723.post-34631318644517107602008-08-26T03:39:00.000-07:002008-08-26T03:39:00.000-07:00No idea about the honey but i know its a sterile t...No idea about the honey but i know its a sterile that doesn't seem to get contaminated.
