I think that my carb love caused insulin resistance in my body, which fed/was fed by my premenopause. Sheesh! I'm hoping going low carb will help remove that insulin resistance. Sauteed onions have been my saving g...Yeah for you! Sauteed onions have been my saving grace except I can't use olive oil (I'm doing another round) and you know it still tastes delicious!<br /><br />I think weight loss will be a benefit to going low carb! I know carbs and sugar are the main things that make me gain or not lose.
